2. Need Some Advice?

Not sure what you need? We're here to help. Give us a call or send us an email and we'll happily recommend the right equipment based on your venue, guest numbers and budget.

3. Choose Your Hire Dates

Found what you're looking for? Simply select your hire dates to check availability before adding items to your basket.

4. Add Your Equipment

Add everything you need to your basket as you browse. From lighting and sound to staging and furniture, you can build your order in one place.

5. Pay Online or Request a Quote

When you're ready, either complete your booking securely online or request a quote if you'd like our team to review your order first.

6. We'll Confirm Your Booking

Once we've received your order, we'll check everything over and send you a booking confirmation along with any collection or delivery details.

7. Collect or Arrange Delivery

You can collect your equipment from our Aldershot warehouse, or if delivery is available for your event, get in touch to arrange it.

8. Enjoy Your Event

Set up your equipment and enjoy your event. If you have any questions before or during your hire, our team is only a phone call or email away.

9. Return Your Equipment

When your hire comes to an end, simply return your equipment at the agreed time. If you've arranged collection, we'll take care of the rest.
