We understand that booking equipment can be a minefield. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions on how to hire from PartyFix. If we don't provide an answer or you are still confused, we would love to speak with you directly 01483 724751.

How long does a hire last?

Our rental prices are based on the following:

1 – 4 days hire – 1 day charge

5 – 7 days hire – 2-day charge

For each additional week an additional 1.75 days charge will be applied

What happens if I am running late to collect or drop back?

If you can let us know as soon as possible, one of our team will try and ensure they are at the warehouse. If however they need to leave, we will let you know where your equipment can be picked up from or dropped back.

Delivery and Collection

You can either arrange to collect and return direct to us, or you can pay for us to deliver and collect from you.

The best way to work out the price is to enter your address during the booking process as the system works out a tailored price. Note that for all bookings over £250.00 delivery and collection during weekday office hours is free.

Our office and warehouse opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays

How can I pay?

You can either pay through the website (for the best price), by bank transfer, pay by card (debit or credit) over the phone or we can send a link to pay online. Please note that payment in full must reach us before we can release the equipment.

Equipment Deposit

Due to the value of the equipment, we require a deposit. This is worked out as a percentage of the value of the hire. The deposit is returned once the equipment has been returned.

Please note that if there is any damage, the cost of repair or replacement is deducted from the deposit. All processes are covered in our Terms and Conditions.

With the deposit we will also require a proof of address. This can either be a utility bill or driving license.

Can I send a courier to Collect?

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow third party couriers to collect hired equipment from us on your behalf.
